Tammy Flinn, PTA, CLT, RYT-500
Certified Yoga Instructor and Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and Certified lymphedema therapist
Tammy has cultivated her practice of yoga for as long as she has worked in the field of Physical Therapy—since 1996, after graduating with her degree in Biology.
She is influenced by the positive overall effects of yoga: a sense of peacefulness, an energized and improved well-being, with systemic balance.
Tammy endeavors to share her joy of the practice, nurtured in a safe and fun environment, mindful of alignment for each student, offering essential modifications. In her classes, she will teach you to incorporate breath with your movements, as you develop a practice that suits and serves you.
Tammy completed Yoga Yoga’s Teacher Training in 2015, with the foundations in Yoga Therapy and is RYT 500 Yoga Alliance certified. She teaches Hatha and Restorative yoga, adapting each practice to meet each individual’s needs. Enriched and inspired by many of her yoga teachers and trainings, Tammy teaches with a reflection of what she has learned.
