Hatha Yoga

Hatha is a yoga practice linking your body movement with conscious breathing in various yoga poses. Mindful of alignment, you will properly warm, stretch, and strengthen your body, while using the breath to steady and focus the mind. This is a beginner-friendly practice, suitable for most levels of ability.

Hatha classes are offered in a fun, supportive group setting.  I will use my knowledge of anatomy and personal practice experience to provide safe instruction for you to have the opportunity to grow your yoga practice.

PRIVATE classes

I will take the time to create a safe, in-depth personal yoga practice for you that meets your individual needs. Whether you seek to deepen and refine your own personal practice, or to learn modifications of a particular area of interest, I will help guide you with your yoga asana (poses), pranayama (breath work), and meditation.
